Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Once shipped, deliveries typically take between 2 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery pincode.

Working days are Monday through Friday. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the shipping timeline.

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you via email on your registered email address. We recommend monitoring the tracking link for real-time updates on your shipment.

Upon delivery, please ensure that the package is received in proper condition. If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, we request that you do not accept the delivery. Dulnair will not be responsible for parcels accepted in a compromised condition.

We ship to multiple locations across India. While we aim to adhere to the estimated delivery timelines, certain remote or service-restricted pincodes may experience slight delays. We sincerely appreciate your patience in such cases and assure you that we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order at the earliest.
