Shipping Policy

From our sock drawer to yours

01 PACKED

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
We know waiting for a package is basically just checking the tracking page more often than you'd like to admit, so we try not to keep your socks hanging around here for too long :)

02 SHIPPED

Once your order leaves us, you'll receive your tracking details so you can follow it all the way home.

03 DELIVERED

Orders usually reach you within 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Sometimes couriers, weather, holidays and the general chaos of the outside world can cause delays. If that happens, your tracking link will usually have the latest update.

A tiny PSA

Please double-check your name, phone number and delivery address before placing your order.
A missing flat number has defeated many good parcels.
If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us as soon as possible at support@dulnair.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to fix it.
