At Dulnair, we take great care in ensuring that every pair of socks is carefully packed and delivered to you in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us assess the issue efficiently, please email us with clear photographs of the damaged item along with an unboxing video at returns@dulnair.com.

Once we receive and review the details, our team will evaluate the concern and provide an appropriate resolution. If the product is confirmed to be damaged and a replacement is not available, we will initiate a refund to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please note that claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
